Draw a Dog

This dog drawing follows a friendly standing puppy with long floppy ears, four separate legs and an upturned tail. The twenty guided strokes build the head, each ear, the body, each leg and the face one part at a time. Every stroke gets its own on-screen guide.

Children can take their time with the puppy's longer curves, then add the small round eyes, oval nose, eyebrows and smile. DrawAlong checks each stroke before moving on, and the hint and zoom buttons offer a closer look whenever needed.

Usually, yes. The app accepts lines that roughly follow the guide, so shaky strokes still count. Some 4 year olds like a parent nearby for the first floppy ear, then take over from there.

Can kids draw the dog more than once?

Absolutely. Many kids redo it several times, trying new colors each round: a golden puppy, a spotted one, then something purple. Every finished version can be saved separately.
