Draw a Bear Online, from Cozy Cub to Big Grizzly
Bears are a forever favorite with kids, probably because every child already owns one in teddy form. Here they can draw a bear online right in the browser, color it with taps instead of markers, then sign it and save it, so the finished bear makes it to the fridge or the family group chat without a single crayon rolling under the couch.
The guided steps make this a genuinely easy bear drawing. First the round head, then two cookie-shaped ears, the big sitting body, two paw bumps, a soft belly oval, a muzzle, eyes, a triangle nose and a smile. DrawAlong shows one line at a time and checks each stroke as it is drawn, so kids always know exactly what to do next and never stare at a blank page.
As a bear drawing for kids ages 4 to 8, it sits comfortably at beginner level: twelve short steps, all curves and small shapes, no sharp corners. And because coloring is part of the fun, one drawing becomes a brown bear, a black bear, a polar bear or a well-loved teddy depending on the palette.
- How long does the bear drawing take?
- About five to six minutes for the twelve guided steps, plus a few more for coloring. It is a comfortable single-sitting drawing, even for younger kids.
- Can my child turn it into a teddy bear?
- Easily. The sitting pose with the round belly already looks teddy-ish, so a light tan coat of color and maybe a freehand bow tie does the trick.
- Is the bear harder than the other animals?
- Not really. It has a few more steps than the quickest drawings, but each step is a small, simple stroke, so it feels like a longer story rather than a harder one.
